Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a request, email support@klick.fit with your order number before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging. We will confirm eligibility and the return instructions that apply. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.

UK consumers may also have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
